By downloading or using Ishtirakati ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Ishtirakati is a subscription tracking application that helps you manage and monitor your recurring subscriptions. The App provides tools to manually add subscriptions and automatically detect them from emails and screenshots.

Free and Pro Tiers

• Free: Track up to 3 subscriptions with basic features.
• Pro: Unlimited subscriptions, smart renewal alerts, widgets, and detailed analytics. Available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the subscription information you enter. The App provides tracking tools but does not manage, cancel, or modify your actual subscriptions with third-party services.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of automatically detected subscription information. Always verify subscription details with your service providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed renewal dates or incorrect subscription data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
